Fun FactsMimicry: Margay can mimic most prey noises, such as rats and birds, as well as the sound of a puppy yelping or a howl. She can do voices, but not as well.

 "But Mom!"
The voice carries through the metal room, the whine repeated for the fourth time in a row.
"I wanna go out!" She squeaks, padding to the edge of her fluffy, pillow lined bed to gaze up at the canine with wide eyes.
"No." The mutt snaps in a raspy voice, it's wheezy breathing catching the kitten off guard. Mom only did that when something bothered her.
"I won't do it again." Kitten promises, "I don't get what's so bad any way. I just wanted to climb a tree; just one tree!" She explains, paws scuffling and tail twitching. What was the big deal? She could climb down just fine, but mom just wouldn't let it go would she?
"Stop being stupid, use your head." The canine snarls, whirling around to bare it's teeth at the kitten, "It's raining, if you're with I'd have to scout the streets, my fur would be drenched and you'd just be in the way!"But Margay was unphased by the show of aggression.
"Please!"
"Fine." Batu snaps, turning to grab the rusty old tool-box in her jaws. Margay was surprised her mother had given in, but she wasn't about to complain. Hopping after the old mutt, the two left their home for what would be their last trip together.
Margay's grand-parents were members of an Endangered species breeding program, at and the time of the plague out-break, her grandmother had recently birthed a small kitten. This kitten was Margay's mother, and would eventually hook up with a stray tom-cat. Of course, Pregnancy wasn't expected despite the two's actions, and Margay was abandoned shortly after her mother discovered she could not care for a kit and herself.
Batu, a wandering, and elderly canine found the starving and helpless kit and despite her anti-social behavior, adopted the small kitten. Margay knew from the day she could understand that Batu was not 'mom', but yet, she refused to accept the parents who abandoned her were mom and dad, and so despite the mutt's protests, Margay called Batu what else? Mom.
After Batu became ill due to being caught out in a rain-storm, the old canine passed away. At this time Margay knew how to care for herself, but she was only 8 months and so technically was still a kitten.

RELATIONSNote that Margay, being smaller and more fragile then most, suffered from memory loss during her infection. If you are no longer mentioned here, she doesn't remember you. Vantas: I want to bite you but I can't. I feel like I should say thank you though?
Kiseki: I was trying to remember, and I thought about someone with two tails. I think I liked them, but I don't remember for sure.

Yet another awesomely detail bio~ X3 The little story-esque excerpt in the history was sad, but a cool way of describing her past.
